We pack your order within 1 to 2 business days and hand it to the courier. It then takes 6 to 8 business days to reach you, so allow 7 to 10 business days in total. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not counted.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. Standard delivery is free to any address in the United Kingdom, with no minimum order value. At the moment we only deliver within the UK.
Where can I see where my parcel is?
Once your order leaves us, we send a tracking number by email. Enter it, or your order number and email, on our Track Your Order page. The first scan can take a day or two to show.
Can I send something back if it is not right?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. Please send items back unworn and unwashed, with the tags still on. Full terms are in our Return and Refund Policy.
How do I arrange a return?
Email info@fabriclova.com with your order number, the item and the reason. We will reply with the return address and what to do next. Please wait for our reply before posting anything.
