Fabriclova currently ships only to delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.

Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

At busy times and around public holidays, processing can take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 8 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, local delivery services, customs clearance and circumstances outside our control.

The total estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days from the date your order is placed.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery region and carriers

We deliver within the United Kingdom. Depending on the delivery address, parcel and fulfilment route, orders may be delivered by Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or InPost. The carrier for an order will be confirmed in the dispatch or tracking information when available.

Tracking

When tracking is available, dispatch confirmation will include the details. Tracking events may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Address accuracy and failed delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate address. If an order is returned because the supplied address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact the customer about available options. A reasonable redelivery charge may apply where permitted by law.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.

For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Standard shipping is free. Any tax or charge collected by Fabriclova is included in the displayed price or clearly shown before payment. We do not add hidden seller fees after an order is placed. Customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges imposed by an authority or carrier and not collected at checkout, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and may be payable on delivery.
