These Terms govern use of Fabriclova and purchases from the store. Fabriclova is located at Room No. 15, Unit 603, 6th Floor, Sunbeam Centre, No. 27 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. The store is powered by Shopify; purchases are from Fabriclova, not Shopify.

Eligibility and customer information

You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract. Checkout information must be accurate, current and complete, and you are responsible for account security.

Products and orders

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately, although screen settings may affect appearance. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send acceptance confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for unavailability, material pricing or information errors, failed payment verification, reasonably suspected fraud or inability to fulfil.

Pricing and payment

Payment methods are displayed at checkout. For orders delivered in the United Kingdom, prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where required. Standard shipping is free. Any tax or charge collected by Fabriclova is included in the displayed price or clearly shown before payment. We do not add hidden seller fees after an order is placed. Customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges imposed by an authority or carrier and not collected at checkout, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility and may be payable on delivery.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Customers must provide an accurate delivery address.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person or use the service unlawfully or fraudulently. Branding, text, graphics, photographs and other owned or licensed content are protected and may not be commercially exploited without permission except where law permits.

Third-party services and privacy

Third-party links and services have their own terms. Personal information is processed under our Privacy Policy. Shopify and relevant payment, fulfilment, analytics and advertising providers may process information needed to operate the store.

Liability, consumer rights and governing law

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses not caused by our breach. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws without limiting mandatory protections available to UK customers.
